We are completely independent so our advice is impartial providing our customers with practical economical solutions. We do not promote unnecessary repairs and focus on the building materials and how they react to moisture. This is particularly important in older properties.

Typical moisture issues include penetrating damp (e.g leaking gutters/downpipes or roof), plumbing leaks (e.g. leaking hidden pipework) and condensation (e.g. lack of ventilation).

We undertake detailed site inspections using a range of market leading specialist equipment, such as hygrometers and thermal imaging cameras, the readings of which can be used as evidence in a dispute. If necessary, samples can also be taken from the fabric of the property, which will give the most reliable results.
