Buying a home is probably the most expensive purchase you'll ever make. Whether you plan to live in it, rent it, or sell it, you want a speedy, no-nonsense experience.
That's where we come in. We don't simply hand over comprehensive reports in 3-5 working days. We talk them through with you and answer your questions, so you're best placed to proceed with confidence.
Our RICS home surveys provide you with an in-depth visual property inspection, an expert account of the property's condition, and a 'traffic light' rating of any potential problems.

Level two
Perfect for conventional properties in reasonable condition. Describes the condition of the property, identifies any risks and potential legal issues, highlights any urgent defects that may affect the property with repairs, and provides ongoing maintenance advice. The simple 'traffic light' ratings clearly identify the condition of the key elements of the property.

Includes all the features of level two, plus a market valuation and insurance reinstatement figure.

Level three
Ideal for large, older or run-down properties, which may be unusual or altered, or if you're planning major works. The most comprehensive report provides you with an in-depth analysis of the property's condition and includes advice on defects, repairs and maintenance options.
