When you need a probate valuation

A probate valuation is typically required when:

  • You are applying for a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration
  • HMRC needs a formal property valuation for inheritance tax

What your valuation includes

1. Instruction

2. Inspection

3. Report delivery
Your valuation report will be delivered within two working days of the inspection unless you request a different timeframe.

4. Ongoing support
If your solicitor or HMRC requires further information, we are available to provide clarification or updated valuations as needed.
