Your valuation is valid for three months. If your transaction goes beyond this period, we can provide a desktop update as long as your property and local market conditions have not materially changed.

A RICS surveyor visits your home to complete the inspection. This usually takes around 30 minutes.
We provide your compliant Help to Buy valuation within two working days of the inspection.
