When you need a Shared Ownership valuation

Our process

2. Inspection
A RICS surveyor visits your home to carry out a full inspection. We work across London and the South with flexible appointment times.
3. Receive your report
You will receive your completed valuation within two working days of the inspection. The report will be ready to send directly to your housing association or solicitor.
