Since retiring from full time employment, he has held a number of non-executive roles in a number of private and public companies, including in 2024, Nuven Surveyors.

After becoming an Architect in 2017 and Chartered in 2018, Jason worked for various private architectural practices in Kent, including his role as a Senior Building Surveyor at The National Trust where one of his projects won an AABC Civic Trust award. Jason brings with him over 10 years experience running heritage and new build projects from inception to completion. Following the completion of a number of complex historic building projects in 2024, Jason became an Accredited RIBA Specialist Conservation Architect (SCA).
