12 Months PQE and 6 months at Nuven Surveyors

I have been with Nuven Surveyors for six months now and what a great start it has been.
I came into the company six months post qualification, so I still had much to learn to continue finding my feet as a new surveyor. The team at Nuven have been amazing and the support structure has been fantastic. There is always someone at the end of the phone or on our surveyors Teams group to help whether it is defect analysis, questions about lender guidance or just to post those funny things us surveyors see on a daily basis. Most importantly at times I have felt overwhelmed there is always a solution.
There has been plenty of opportunity to undertake important CPD and Nuven’s fantastic intranet system has everything I could possibly need to hand.
I feel like I have hit the ground running and have been given the opportunity to grow and improve. I have reached goals I felt were way ahead of me and have realised I had the skills but needed the right team to encourage and give training for those next steps.
It is great to feel part of such an amazing team and feel included on a day-to-day basis as surveying can be a lonely job at times. I look forward to continuing to improve and grow in confidence and have no doubts my colleagues at Nuven will always be there when I need them.
