Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • RICS qualification (FRICS/MRICS/AssocRICS).
  • Proficiency in residential surveying, valuation, and reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of RICS Red Book and Home Survey standards.
  • Experience (though not essential) in any of our specialist services - New Build Snagging Surveys, Damp Surveys, Dilapidation/Condition Reports, Leasehold Enfranchisement and Party Wall Matters.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Requirements:

  • A team player with innovative ideas and a commitment to continuous skill development.
  • Focus on quality inspection and reporting.

The role

We’re looking for Surveyors to join us on a full-time or part-time basis in various positions across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct RICS Home Surveys - Levels 2 and 3 (depending on experience).
  • Perform valuations for private clients, lenders and corporate clients.
  • Prepare detailed reports and offer professional advice to clients.
  • Inspect properties, analyse data, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with our growing team to deliver exceptional service to private and corporate clients.

As we expand and diversify, you’ll also have opportunities to specialise in areas like New Build Snagging Surveys, Damp Surveys, Dilapidation/Condition Reports, Leasehold Enfranchisement and Party Wall Matters.
