Nuven Surveyors is an independent, privately-owned residential survey and valuation practice. With a team of 20, we operate from our head office in Horsham, West Sussex, while most of our surveyors work remotely from home.

Our core services include:

• Valuations for private customers, lender and corporate clients (approx. 25% of core services).
• RICS Home Surveys (Levels 2 and 3) (approx. 75% of core services).

Nuven Surveyors is growing fast nationwide, with particularly strong demand emerging in the London area - creating exciting opportunities for ambitious surveyors to thrive and earn generous commission as part of our expanding team.

We’re looking for Surveyors to join us on a full-time or part-time basis in various positions across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct RICS Home Surveys - Levels 2 and 3 (depending on experience).
• Perform valuations for private clients, lenders and corporate clients.
• Prepare detailed reports and offer professional advice to clients.
• Inspect properties, analyse data, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with our growing team to deliver exceptional service to private and corporate clients.
  
  

As we expand and diversify, you’ll also have opportunities to specialise in areas like New Build Snagging Surveys, Damp Surveys, Dilapidation/Condition Reports, Leasehold Enfranchisement and Party Wall Matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

• RICS qualification (FRICS/MRICS/AssocRICS).
• Proficiency in residential surveying, valuation, and reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of RICS Red Book and Home Survey standards.
• Experience (though not essential) in any of our specialist services - New Build Snagging Surveys, Damp Surveys, Dilapidation/Condition Reports, Leasehold Enfranchisement and Party Wall Matters.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
