Nuven Property Group Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 1.2 The prize draw is organised and administered by Nuven Property Group Limited ("NPG").

2. Eligibility

2.1 The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are employed within the property sector.
2.2 Employees of NPG and its associated companies are not eligible to participate.
2.3 By entering the prize draw, participants confirm their eligibility and ability to claim any awarded prize.
2.4 Entrants may submit an unlimited number of entries.
2.5 The prize draw is free to enter.

3. Entry Process

3.1 To be eligible for the prize draw, participants must submit a minimum of three (3) valid referrals via the Nuven Referral Portal by:

Midday on 30th June 2025 (for Mid-Year Prize Draw); or
Midday on 30th November 2025 (for Year-End Prize Draw).

3.2 Entries submitted after the specified deadlines will not be included in the draw.
3.3 Only referrals submitted through the Nuven Referral Portal will be considered valid entries.
3.4 A valid referral is defined as a new lead submitted through the Referral Portal that has not been previously referred by any participant. Duplicate or incomplete referrals will not be counted.

4. Prizes

4.1 The prizes available are:

One (1) holiday voucher worth £500;
Two (2) vouchers worth £200 each; and
One (1) voucher worth £100.

4.2 The inclusion of specific brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
4.3 Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
4.4 If a prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond NPG’s control, a substitute prize of equal or greater value will be provided at NPG’s discretion.
4.5 The prize draw winner(s) will be selected randomly.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

5.1 The winner(s) will be randomly selected by an automated process or under the supervision of an independent observer.
5.2 The winners will be notified via the email provided in the referral portal:

After 30th June 2025 (for Mid-Year Prize Draw); or
After 30th November 2025 (for Year-End Prize Draw).

5.3 NPG will attempt to contact each winner via email up to three (3) times over a period of 21 days.
5.4 If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the third notification email, they will forfeit the prize, and NPG reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Prize Redemption

6.1 Winners should allow 14 days for delivery of the prize.
6.2 Alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be agreed upon at NPG’s discretion.
6.3 The winner shall be solely responsible for any tax liabilities incurred as a result of accepting the prize. NPG shall not be liable for any tax reporting or payments on behalf of the winner. This prize draw is open only to UK residents. Any tax liabilities for non-UK participants remain their sole responsibility.

7. Data Protection & Publicity

7.1 By entering the prize draw, participants consent to their personal data being processed for the purposes of administering the draw in accordance with NPG’s Privacy Notice.
7.2 All entrants may request details of the winning participants by contacting NPG at info@nuvensurveyors.co.uk.
7.3 Winners agree to the disclosure of their first name and place of work to other prize draw participants upon request.
7.4 NPG reserves the right to announce winners’ first name and place of work via its social media channels and bulletins.
7.5 If a winner wishes to opt out of public winner announcements, they must notify NPG in writing before the prize is awarded.
7.6 All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Fraud Prevention & Disqualification

8.1 NPG reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be using fraudulent methods, including but not limited to multiple account registrations, automated entries, or referral manipulation. Disqualified entrants will not be notified and will not be eligible for future prize draws.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 NPG accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment incurred by participants as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting a prize.
9.2 Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude NPG’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
9.3 NPG does not provide technical or IT support for the prize. Any issues related to the prize, including warranties, are the responsibility of the prize recipient.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Any disputes arising under these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be subject to mediation under the laws of England and Wales before any formal legal proceedings.

11. General

11.1 NPG reserves the right to modify or cancel the prize draw and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
11.2 If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11.3 The prize draw and these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
11.4 Any disputes arising in connection with the prize draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Force Majeure

12.1 NPG shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or regulatory changes.
